Virtual coaching keywords:
Coaching reviews that describe a specific transformation — "I went from paralyzed by fear to launching my business in 90 days" or "I finally had the difficult conversation with my team that changed everything" — are the most powerful conversion tools in coaching marketing.
When to ask: At the completion of a coaching engagement or at a session where the client reports a breakthrough.
Script: "That breakthrough you just described — that's exactly what we've been building toward. Would you be willing to share that transformation in a Google review? Your story could give someone who is exactly where you were 90 days ago the courage to reach out."

No specialty defined anywhere. "Life coach" is too broad to convert motivated clients. Define your niche (executives, entrepreneurs, women in transition, athletes) and build content around it.
No ICF certification listed. Clients who specifically want a certified coach search for ICF credentials. If you have them and do not display them prominently, you lose these discerning clients.
No discovery call CTA. Coaching requires a relationship fit. A free discovery call offer is the most effective first-conversion step for coaches. It should be on every page of your website.
No testimonials with specific outcomes. Generic "working with [coach] changed my life" testimonials do not convert. Specific transformation stories do.
Motivated clients ready for change are searching for a coach who can guide them right now. Show up on Google Maps with a clear specialty, compelling transformation stories, and an easy path to a discovery call. That builds a full coaching practice.
